Privacy, data protection, and processor policy

This policy explains how RevonoTech handles personal information in its agentic lead recovery, CRM repair, enrichment, analytics, and authorized voice outreach systems. It is designed to support GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA-aligned handling where applicable to a client workflow.
1. Data Controller Information
RevonoTech operates the Sentinel platform and acts as the data controller for information submitted through our website, demo sandbox, dashboard, and client onboarding workflows. Data requests may be sent to privacy@revonotech.com.
2. Types of Data Collected
We process business lead data that may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, company details, CRM identifiers, call outcomes, and voice-call transcripts when a client enables voice outreach.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
For GDPR purposes, RevonoTech processes data under legitimate interest, contract performance, and consent where a client workflow requires it. Clients are responsible for confirming that their lead sources and outreach permissions comply with applicable law.
4. How Data Is Used
Lead data is used to repair CRM records, normalize phone and email fields, enrich business context, synchronize with CRM systems, initiate authorized speed-to-lead voice workflows, produce dashboard analytics, and notify client teams of pipeline issues.
5. Third-Party Processors
RevonoTech may use HubSpot, Vapi, Apollo.io, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Resend, Upstash, Vercel, Render, and equivalent hosting or communications processors. Production credentials are controlled through environment variables and processor access is limited to the configured service purpose.
6. Data Retention Policy
Unless a client contract states otherwise, personally identifiable lead data is purged or anonymized 14 days after conversion, disqualification, or confirmed offboarding. Operational metrics may be retained in aggregate form where they no longer identify an individual.
7. User Rights
Individuals may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, GDPR Article 17 erasure, or CCPA opt-out handling. RevonoTech will coordinate with the relevant client when the client is the source of the lead record.

9. Cookie Policy
RevonoTech uses essential cookies and local storage for dashboard sessions, preference persistence, and security controls. Optional analytics may be enabled only when configured by the deployment owner.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as services, processors, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
