Terms of Service
Master Services Agreement
Effective date: June 10, 2026
These terms define the commercial and operational rules for using RevonoTech's agentic infrastructure, dashboard, CRM repair, enrichment, and autonomous voice workflow services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing RevonoTech or executing an order form, the client accepts these terms and any applicable statement of work. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
2. Service Description
RevonoTech provides self-healing lead pipeline infrastructure, CRM repair, enrichment orchestration, dashboard analytics, webhook processing, and authorized AI voice workflows for mid-market revenue teams.
3. Client Onboarding and Credentials
Clients are responsible for providing accurate configuration details, approved outreach scripts, CRM access, webhook credentials, and any processor approvals needed to run the service. RevonoTech will store credentials only in deployment environment variables or approved secret stores.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Clients may not use RevonoTech for illegal lead generation, deceptive outreach, unlawful scraping, spam, harassment, or campaigns that violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or platform-specific policies.
5. Data Handling Responsibilities
Each client remains responsible for the lawful origin, consent posture, and retention requirements of lead data submitted to RevonoTech. RevonoTech will process data only to provide the contracted services and related support.
6. Payment Terms
Unless an order form states otherwise, RevonoTech charges a $5,000 setup fee plus a monthly retainer. Usage-based third-party costs may be billed separately when enabled. Late payments may result in suspended service access.
7. Intellectual Property
RevonoTech retains all rights in the platform, Sentinel pipeline, dashboard, automation logic, and related software. Clients retain ownership of their source data, CRM records, campaign materials, and business content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevonoTech's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by the client during the three months preceding the claim. RevonoTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-revenue damages.
9. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify RevonoTech against claims arising from unlawful lead sources, unauthorized outreach, inaccurate client instructions, or misuse of the service. RevonoTech will indemnify clients against third-party claims that the platform itself infringes intellectual property rights.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties consent to exclusive venue in Delaware state or federal courts unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
11. Termination and Offboarding
Either party may terminate according to the applicable order form. Upon termination, RevonoTech will disable production workflows, return or delete client data upon request, and support reasonable offboarding activities.
12. Service Level Target
RevonoTech targets 99.5% uptime for the Sentinel API in production, excluding planned maintenance, third-party outages, client-side configuration failures, force majeure events, and beta or sandbox services.
